I Love My Husband!!!

So this past Saturday Daniel and I had set up a babysitter to go on a date. Dan hadn't said where we were going but I assumed we'd go to the movies. And so at 5:00 we headed over to the babysitters and dropped the boys off. And then Dan drove over to Bob and Julie's house. I thought, "What are we doing here?" He goes inside but first tells me to get into Grammy's van. He comes out with a bag and we drive up to a dead-end in their community that faces the mountains and the sunset.

He opened the bag and there was two small containers of icecream that he had kept in Bob and Julie's freezer for tonight.

So we sat on the back of Grammy's van, turned on some country music, ate icecream and watched the sunset! It was a very romantic surprise! After that we did go to the movies and saw Nights in Roedanthe.....which was very predictable, by the way.

Our Temple Anniversary!

One year ago today, we were sealed together as a family for time and eternity.
Daniel and I had many trials and difficult decisions to make early in life, but we supported one another and faced them together. And Heavenly Father has blessed us.
We have been so blessed to have each other. And blessed again to have our two sons.
We want to thank everyone who helped and supported us go through the Temple.

Aiden has had an awesome birthday...cause we've celebrated it like 4 times! This past Saturday, Meghan, James, Kim and my grandma Howard came down from Showlow to see my Dad. So they brought their birthday presents for Aiden to open!

The first was a huge box with "Cars" wrapping paper on it! It was a huge Tonka dump truck.

Next, was a cute outfit for Aiden! And last the Movie: "Cars!" He's watched it everyday since! Ha Ha!
