October is National Infant and Pregnancy Loss Remembrance month.
I actually did not know that it was.
Like most things in life, you don't know or think about something until it affects you or your life.
Until it's right in your face.
Like autism....
October is National Infant and Pregnancy Loss Remembrance Month...
An unfortunate coincidence occurred recently when a friend of mine lost her baby... words cannot describe her pain, and I found myself at a loss for words to comfort her with.
I am just so glad to have been there for her.
I realized that the only thing I could do is be there for her, and maybe offer a few things to help her through such a tragic time in her life.
I decided to put together a little care package: Tissues, Soft Socks, Homemade Cookies, Lotion, A Sweet Candle, A Card.... and lots of hugs.
My heart goes out to my dear friends, and to all mothers who have lost a child.
"There is no foot too small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world."
