So I decided to start lighting this candle on our table to make it smell Christmassy,...... and then my two year old saw it. So he climbs up on a chair and just stares at it....
And since the only times he's seen candles lit was on birthdays...
he said, "Happy Birthday, Momma" and then tried to blow it out!!!
... and tried....and tried. He sat there for like 10 minutes trying to blow out the candle!
... and then got bored with that and decided to touch it!
...And after telling him No like 5 times he couldn't do anything but sit there and stare at it! poor Aiden.
Aiden climbed up on Papa's "up and down!" Apparently, that's easier than calling it a "latter".... don't try to make sense of my son; it hurts your head!
But he was so proud of himself for climbing up the latter; he didn't want down!
Yay, Aiden!
.... eventually, he got down because "Blue's Clues" was coming on!.....We have priorities, you know!
I am so excited to finally meet my nephew, Chandler!! He, and his parents who probably know by now how much they'll be ignored by everyone because of their adorable new son, are coming for Thanksgiving!
... I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me." The Lord replied, "My precious, precious child, I love you and would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, It was then that I carried you."
