Lazy days are necessary

Sometimes you need to live in the moment. Even with a pressing need like vomit- you don't sweep, or mop, vacuum, wash dishes or move laundry. 

You just sit. Quietly. Next to your baby, while she watches a show on your phone, between vomiting and sleeping.

And while she sleeps, do your soul and hers a favor and read a great book by Chieko Okasaki reminding you that you're better than you think you are. 

That you are enough, hence the title "Being Enough."

Live in the moment. Be fully present! Unless they are sleeping... ;)
